Arlington, Washington: Man dies in industrial accident A 41-year-old Lake Stevens man died Monday while he worked around heavy machinery at ACS Industries in Arlington. Robert Anthony Llewelyn of Lake Stevens died from blunt impact when he was hit in the head, according to county medical reports and city of Arlington Spokeswoman The death was ruled an accident. AcS Industries manufactures large equipment, including industrial trucks.
