Bio

Bill, 91, of Vidor passed away at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital. A native of Louisiana he had lived in Vidor since 1950, and was a retired construction worker with Union Local # 2232 in Orange. He served his country in the United States Army during WWII. Preceded in death by his wife Doris J. Mitchell, he was survived by his sons Jimmie Mitchell, David Mitchell and Guy Mitchell, brother Richard "Dick" Mitchell, sister Ouida Cooley, twelve grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
