Contributor: Kathy Burgess Burr (47226369) • [email protected] donated the following information: Suggested edit: Would you please add this to BIO: Published in the Arcadia Guide, Arcadia, Nebraska, Thursday, February 1, 1968, Page 1, Column 1 Mrs. Emma Schultz Buried At Arcadia Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Schultz, 88, longtime resident of the Loup City and Arcadia communities, were held Wednesday at 2 pm in the Steele Funeral Home Chapel in Loup City. Mrs. Schultz died Sunday in a Loup City hospital. Burial was in the Arcadia Cemetery. Mrs. Schultz had made her home with her daughter in Mason City for the past few years. Before that she and her husband farmed near Loup City and Arcadia for many years. Survivors include three sons, Henry of Ravenna, Herman of Humeston, Iowa, and Edgar of Arcadia; two daughters, Mrs. Henry (Dora) Hawley of Arcadia and Mrs. Carl (Nora) Anderson of Mason City; 19 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1946 and one infant son.
