Becker, Edna L. Edna L. Becker 1911 - 2008 Edna L. Becker was born December 18, 1911, to Luther T. and Stella Reaves Cryer in Milam County, Texas, and passed away December 23, 2008 at the age of 97. She was the 3rd of 7 children. She was predeceased by her parents, 2 brothers and 2 sisters, and her husband, A.E. Becker. She is survived by her brother, Bennie T. Cryer; and sister, Jean Reddell; her daughter, Nancy and husband, Doyle Elliott; grandchildren, Becky and Rick Lee, Brian and Lianne Elliott, Brent and Tamy Elliott; 14 great- grandchildren, 3 great-great- grandchildren; nieces and nephews, and a host of fellow Christians. She was a member of the church of Christ, having been baptized at age 12. Edna was a seamstress for over 60 years, last doing bridal gown alterations. Viewing will be from 3 til 8 p.m., Friday, December 26, at Greenlawn Mortuary, River Blvd. Funeral services will be conducted by Frank Brancato, minister of the Church of Christ, at 10 a.m., Saturday, December 27, at Greenlawn, River Blvd. Burial at Hillcrest Cemetery to follow.
