Bio

Charlotte was born to Steve Richard Russell and Myrtle May Jared at Weippe Idaho on Jan 28, 1935. She lived near Weippe until 1945, when her family bought Lochsa Lodge (near Powell RS) in 1945 and moved there. Her education is unknown. On September 17, 1950, she married John Robert Harris who was a US Forest Service Smoke Jumper stationed a Powell. There marriage lasted two years before they divorced on Feb 25, 1952. Charlotte rambled around for a few years after the divorce, riding with motorcycle gangs from Spokane, WA and singing on an AM radio station in Missoula, Montana. She met William Harold "Bill" Richardson in 1953 and they lived together for several years until the finally married on February 21, 1958. Bill and Charlotte had a daughter Roxane Marie Richardson in 1954. Bill and Charlotte divorced later on. Charlotte met and married James Edward "Jim" Meuret (date unknown) and they had a girl named Jamie Lou Meuret, born March 8, 1962. Details of Charlotte's life are not known, be she lived all of her life in the Missoula, Montana area.
