Obituaries, Sunday, Jan. 30, 2000 Printed in the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal HOULKA Ruby Lane Burt Chrestman, 80, died Friday, Jan. 28, 2000, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was a homemaker and a member of Houlka Baptist Church. She was the widow of James W. Chrestman, who died Nov. 8, 1998. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Houlka First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Houlka Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include one son, Roger Chrestman of Houlka; one sister, Annie Burt Long of Bruce; one brother, William Tryon Burt Reid; two grandchildren, James Paul Tinsley and his wife, Amy, of Saltillo, Julie Tinsley Jones and her husband, Steven, of Madison. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Sandra Tinsley; one sister, Martha Murl Davidson; two brothers, Winford Burt and James A. Burt Jr. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
