Bio

Patrick was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Patrick Joseph Hassett, Jr. and Mary Elizabeth Schneider. Patrick served in the U.S. Navy during and after World War II. Patrick was married to Lois Eileen Gamerl on Sept. 14, 1944, in Omaha. Then, their marriage was solemnized on June 25, 1945, at Naval Air Station Key West, Florida, by Navy chaplain Rev. Thomas F. McNeill. To their union, they had four children. Patrick's first cousin Thomas was also married to Lois' second cousin Evelyn .
