Son of Jane Hacking King King McNeil O'Brien and Enoch Marvin King. His parents divorced a short time after he was born. He lived with his mother and younger half siblings in Cedar Fort, Utah, Utah, USA, Washington D.C. during the Civil War, returned to Cedar Fort, the in the 1870s the family moved to Starr Valley, Elko, Nevada. David would come visit the family from time to time, but we leave for parts unknown for long periods of time. Juliane sent this email on 12 May 2011: Hi, I ran across this and thought it just might be your David as no one knew when he was born and does not have any other King family in this cemetery. After receiving this email, a search brought two interesting results: Interment.net has a submission with a transcription of stones for this cemetery done in 2004, which includes King, Dan d. 27 Oct 1902 I think this is the same individual with a transcription error.
