Reba Moore, 88, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2013, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday, December 20, 2013, at Wiley Funeral Home. Burial: Acton Cemetery. Memorials: In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels in Granbury. Reba was born June 9, 1925, in Junction, to Merrill and Velma Mae Cottle Ferris. She married William Moore in 1945 in Junction. She and William raised their children in Childress. Reba was a member of Acton United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Dr. Larry Moore. Survivors: Husband, William Moore of Fort Worth; son, Keith Moore and wife, Suzanne, of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Rev. Joseph Moore and wife, Shelley, of Austin; Sara Beth Wilhelm and husband, Brandon, of Belvidere, Illinois; Andi Hauk and husband, Benny, of Franklin, Tennessee; Dr. David Moore and wife, Jennifer, of Granbury; Megan Moore of Granbury; Kelly Martin of Eureka, Missouri; Kira Moore of Bridgeton, Missouri; 10 great-grandchildren and brother, Virgil Ferris of Paris, Texas.
