Johnson, 83. of Pitkin, died at 1 p.m. April 17 at the Rapides General Hospital in Alexandria. Services were held at 2 p.m. April 18 at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Pitkin with the Rev. Cripps of Pineville and the Rev. Smith of Gravel HOI officiating. Burial followed in the Gravel Hill Cemetery in Cravens. Survivors include one son, Ottis Johnson of Pitkin; two sisters, Mrs. Suzy Peavy of Leesville and Beatie White of Pitkin; and a host of nieces, nephews and loving friends.
