Funeral services for Ednie McMullen Perkins, 82, of Minden were held at 2 p.m.on May 20, 2006, at the Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder the Rev. T.J. Crosby and Dr. Glen Cooley officiated. Burial followed in the Gravel Hill Cemetery in Cravens. Mrs. Perkins passed away on Monday, May 15, 2006, in Minden. She is survived by her husband, Willie Ray Perkins of Minden; two sons, Herbert Jack Perkins of Oklahoma and James Perkins of DeRidder; two daughters, Mary Oneta Brooks of Leesville and Peggy Lee Perkins of Minden; sister, Edna McMullen Willis Miller of Leesville; seven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
