Martha Mae Rogers was born April 29, 1935, in Dallas. She died August 18, 1985, in Athens. She was a housewife and lived in Athens for most of her life. She was a member of the West Athens Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Rogers; two sons, Hank Lee Rogers and Dee Wayne Rogers; three daughters, Marsha Diane Keeton, Cathy Wakeham and Sherryl LeAnn Rogers; mother, Mrs. Willie Malcom; five brothers Charlie Malcom, Johnny Malcom, Billy Ray Malcom, O. J. Malcom, and Dewey Dewayne Malcom; two sisters Pearl Circkles and Debra Shubert; and 11 grandchildren. NOTE: The maternal link was provided by Audrey McNair (04/18/2025).
