Bio
Clifford proudly served in the Navy from November 1, 1943 to June 2, 1946 and later retired from the Houston Fire Department after 26 years of service. Clifford had a heart of gold, he got great pleasure from doing anything for his family and friends. He could fix anything or tell you the exact route to take to avoid traffic, straight from his memory and he was always right. He also loved to work on cars or anything mechanical and had a wonderful sense of humor. He was a wonderful man. We learned alot from him. Clifford is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Darla McClaugherty, their daughter Sheri and Son Terry, 6 grandchildren, Kameron, Holden, Aaron, Colby, Bryce and Amber, his sister Cindy, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his Brother Travis. He is further survived by many other relatives and friends from the Houston Fire Department, and the U.S. Navy.
