Boggs, Arthur Wayne Arthur Wayne Boggs, 67, died Dec. 3, 2008, at his home. A memorial visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m., Saturday, at R.W. Owens and Son Funeral Home in Wolfe City, in memory of both Wayne and his wife, Nancy. He was born April 17, 1941, in Wolfe City to Jay and Mozell Harris Boggs. On Nov. 19, 1960, he married Nancy Martin in Leonard. He was a retired driver for American Freightway, and a member of First Baptist Church in Leonard. Survivors include three sons, Ricky Boggs, Randy Boggs and wife Amy and Rodney Boggs; two granddaughters, Megan and Macy Boggs; three sisters, Ann Walker, Clara Davis and Linda Monette; five brothers, Bill "Butch" Boggs, James Boggs, Roy "Pop" Boggs, Jerry Boggs and David Boggs; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy, in May 2007; and by his parents. Memorials may be made to Arledge Ridge Cemetery, Leonard Library or American Cancer Society.
