Dau of Walter Augustus "Walter" Simpson Jr and Georgia Addilee "Georgia" Bostim; wife of William Richard Cornelius "Neal" Hollis married 31 Dec 1932 Decatur, Wise County, Texas Abilene Reporter April 4, 1998 Mary Thelma Hollis DECATUR -- Mary Thelma Hollis, 81, mother of an Abilene resident, died Thursday in a local nursing home. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Oaklawn Cemetery, directed by Coker Funeral Home. Mrs. Hollis was born in Decatur and was a homemaker. She was a Baptist and was the widow of William R. "Neal" Hollis. Survivors include two sons, James C. Hollis of Abilene and Walter C. Hollis of Chico; one daughter, Daisy P. Marsh of Daingerfield; two brothers, W.J. "Bill" Applin of Daingerfield and Mac N.
