His death certificate listed his cause of death as cerbral hemorrage and contributory as paraylsis of legs. His mothers name was an error it is listed as Martine Reynolds, father was J M Kelton. Died at Pearl Nursing Home. H H Lohmeyer was the funral home. Listed male, white, widow, informant Geraldine Kelton. Length of stay in the community was 25 yrs. Missouri Marriage Records, 1805-2002 Name: Moses W Kelton Marriage Date: 23 Dec 1889 Marriage Location: Springfield, Greene, Missouri Marriage County: Greene Spouse Name: Kate Harden There was a W C Kelton Stove Company. William C was his fathers name, and this was most likely his store. It was either passed to Moses or he worked in it, and why he was considered a merchant on the death certificate.
