Thanks to contributor #47343179; Lillian C. Airsmith was born in York County, Nebraska July 10, 1894 and departed this life in Central City, Nebraska, after an illness of about five months, Sunday, October 9, 1921. Aged 27 years, 2 months and 29 days. She was united in marriage to Clarence E. Woodward on February 24, 1915 at Palmer, Nebr., going from there to their home near Comstock, Nebr. To this union was born 3 children, Holly Belle, age 3; Pearl and Ruth, about 1 year. She leaves besides the children a heart broken husband, a mother, father, 3 brothers and 1 sister, besides a great body of friends and neighbors to mourn her loss. She was patient in her illness and was always planning for a full life when well. A loving mother and wife. Gone but not forgotten. Her life will be remembered and her death felt for years to come. So departs each after our days are over. The funeral services were held at the Archer M. E. church, Rev. Runnels and Rev. Langley officiating. Mrs. Hutchison sang with Prof. Cockle at the piano. - Contributed. The Palmer Journal, October 13, 1921, page 1, transcribed by Linda Berney
