Myrl Goodwin Gudmundsen, 93, died on Friday, January 26, 1990 in Reno, Nevada. Born June 6, 1896 in Lehi, daughter of Samuel Isaac and Olena Anderson Goodwin. Married Austin Gudmundsen on September 14, 1921 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; he died on September 28, 1981. Served a mission to the Southern States. Ordinance worker in the Los Angeles Temple for eight years. Survived by two sons, Richard Austin Gudmundsen, Santa Anna, Calif.; Stanley Edwin Gudmundsen, Aneheim, Calif.; daughter, Mrs. Peter Fred (Ruth) Clark, Reno, Nev.; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Thelma Goodwin, Lehi; Arema G. Dalton, Bountiful; Mrs. Clifford (Arleen G.) Rounds, St. George; Mrs. William (LaPriel) Wilson, Centerville. Preceded in death by daughter, Lois and sister, Wanda Curtis. Funeral Services will be held on Wendnesday, January 31, 1990 at 1 p.m at Wing Mortuary Chapel in Lehi at 118 East Main Street, where friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment: Lehi City Cemetery. Published in the Deseret News on 1/28/1990.
