Bio

Mrs. Ida Gertrude Jones, 89, of Space Circle, died Thursday morning in a local hospital. She was a native of Milton but has resided in Pensacola the last 43 years and was a member of the Laurel View Mission. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Mertice Rogers, Mrs. Allie Bolling, Mrs. Mae Bailey and Mrs. Clara Stinson all of Pensacola; five sons, Samuel Pierce Jones, Henry Jones, Thomas "Tom" Jones and Robert Jones all of Pensacola and Duncan "Doc" Jones of Panasoffkee; a sister Mrs. Emma Gross of Pensacola; two brothers, Wesley Hinote and Lewis Hinote both of Milton; 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
