I think this was my Dads brother. When I started genealogy he told me he had a brother Billy Wayne Young that only lived a few hours or days. His dad was Henry Story(Dock) Young and mother was Della Young. 1920 census has his family in Hopkins Co. Tx. 1930 census Delta Co. Texas. His grandmother Mary Jane Rush,Young, Grizzle was buried in a cemetery east of Cooper, Delta Co. in 1929. Billy is not on 1930 census so must have died 1925-1930.
