Thanks to contributor #47226369; Married Oct 20 1936 Sherman Co, NE, in a double ceremony, with her sister, Barbara Died two days after giving birth to Delores Thressa ------------------------------------------------------- Rites Tuesday Morning For Mrs. A. Papiernik Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at the Steele Funeral home and Requiem Mass conducted by Father Leonard Ziolkowski at St. Josaphat's Catholic church for Mrs. Anton Papiernik who passed away at the Loup City hospital May 9 at 8:30 in the evening. Rosary was said Saturday and Sunday by the Sodality and Father Leonard. Thressa Anna Spotanski was born in the Davis Creek community October 14, 1907 [sic] and passed away at the age of 33 years and six months, leaving to mourn her passing, her two day old daughter, Delores Thressa, her husband, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Spotanski, one sister, Mrs. Tony Janulewicz and three brothers, Floyd, Brunt [sic] and Raymond Spotanski. Among the relatives from out of town present at the funeral were the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Spotanski of Ashton, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Papiernik and son of Arcadia, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Graus and daughter Tillie, Mr. and Mrs. Tony Jurczenski, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Swoboda and daughter Shirley all of Elba; Mrs. Polly Kasel and Lillian DeVry of St. Paul, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Lewandowski and Edwin of Broken Bow, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Zulkowski, Mr. and Mrs. Zera Sell of Arcadia, Mr. and Mrs. John Walker of Litchfield, Jake Papiernik and son, Mrs. Joe Osentowski, Mrs. Katie Zulkoski of Elyria and Miss Frances Kozak of Omaha.
