Bobbie Bowden Reese, 83, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2007, at home. Funeral: 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Bobbie was born Oct. 27, 1924, in Munday to Ima and C.J. Reese. He was a World War II veteran in the U.S. Air Force with the 303rd Bomb Group in England, and also served during the Korean War and Vietnam War. Bobbie was a wonderful father and husband and an avid golfer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Laura Inez Reese, in 1994; and brother, Charles Reese. Survivors: Son, Jimmy Johnson; daughters, Pat Frost and Sharon Reese; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; Imogene Reese; and sister-in-law, Florene Reese.
