He Was the son of Spencer Casner and Mary Elizabeth Hager,they were both from Adam Mills Muskingum,Ohio.He married Minnie Dunfee 15 Dec 1903,they had two children together.He also raised Minnie's other daughter,whenshe was married too a McCoy.
