Bio

Services for Joyce Lusk, 75, of Palestine will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Bailey and Foster Chapel with the Revs. Fred Neal and Dale Patterson officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey and Foster Funeral Home, Palestine. Mrs. Lusk died Oct. 16, 2008 at her residence. She was born Nov. 8, 1932 in Palestine to Lee and Ila B. Lasiter. Mrs. Lusk was a homemaker. She was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church where she was the pianist for 60 years. Mrs. Lusk was preceded in death by her parents; and a daughter, Terri Lusk Hardey in 2004. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Leroy Lusk; daughters, Vicki Clark and husband Alan, Becky Lusk; son, Stan Lusk and wife Fran; four grandchildren;one great grandchild; and a sister, Louvella Gilmore.
