The Tyler Courier-Times (Tyler, Texas) - Sun, May 9, 1993 - Page 26 'Walt' Baughman CANTON - Services for Walter "Walt" B. Baughman, 77, Canton, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday at Eubank Funeral Home chapel in Canton. Burial will be in Pecan Grove Cemetery in McKinney. Mr. Baughman died Saturday in a Tyler hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born Oct. 24, 1915, in Edgewood to Joe Cephus and Susan Effie Garrison Baughman. His earler years were spent in Lubbock and Dallas. He resided in Canton for the past month/ moving from Lake Whitney where he lived for 18 years. He was a 32nd degree Mason and member of Lodge No. 292 A.F.&A.M: at Kopperl. Survivors include his wife, Tillo Baughman, Canton; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Jan and Donnie Humphrey, Houston, Judy K. and Ronald Wilson, and Joanna Nicodemus, all of Dallas; a stepdaughter and stepson-in-law, LaFrances and Bill Freeze, Canton; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Nita and Vernon Hendley, Tyler, and Margie and the Rev, C.L. Hester, Nacogdoches; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
