The Columbus Daily Telegram , July 1, 1929, p. 8, col. 3 Frank Dubas Dies – Frank Dubas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Dubas, passed away yesterday morning, at 2:15. Little Frank's death as the result of eating green apples, which caused convulsions. He was taken sick Saturday noon. Frank Dubas was born in Columbus, Oct. 10, 1927, and died at the age of one year, eight months and 19 days. Funeral services were held at St. Anthony's church at 9 o'clock this morning, with burial in the Catholic cemetery. Pall bearers were Teddy Swierczek, Edwin Toczek, Allen Czuba and Philip Opiela. Mrs. Katherine Yelli, of Fullerton, grandmother of little Frank, was here to attend the funeral this morning.
