Diana Mae Arnold, 51, of Ponder, passed away Sunday, October 5, 2008 at Presbyterian Hospital of Denton. She was born September 26, 1957 in Hobbs, NM to Auburn Franklin Ballard, Jr. & Theo Jane Ballard . She married Dennis Arnold on October 27, 1972 in Frisco. She was a member of Plainview Baptist Church and Lady VIP's in Ponder. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 8, 2008 from 6 - 8 p.m. at DeBerry Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be Thursday, October 9, 2008 at 10 a.m. in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with Rev. Carl Lane officiating. Burial will follow at Eakins Cemetery in Ponder. Pallbearers will be Greg Winkle, Ronnie Glenn, David Watson, Tom Hannah, Don Lutz and Bob Masten. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Arnold of Ponder; daughter, Dee Dee Mae Arnold; son, Dennis Ray Arnold, Jr. of Ponder; sisters, Sheila Morgeson, Yvonne Cannon and Jessie Humphries, all of Celina, and Penny Ballard of Frisco; grandchildren, Kimberley Lawson, Kayla Lawson, Harleigh Arnold, Dennis Joeseph Arnold and Garrett Dunn; father, Auburn Franklin Ballard, Jr. She is preceded in death by her mother; and sister, Tracy Lee Ballard .
