Bio

Prentiss Headlight December 18, 1985 Mrs. Mollie Carter Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Carson Baptist Church for Mrs. Mollie Carter, 93, of Carson, who died Sunday at Jeff Davis County Hospital. The Rev. Randall Walker officiated. Pallbearers were Sammy Myers, Dennis Broome, Curtis Herrington, Cletus King, Jeff Smith, Chris Graves, and Reatus McPhail. Interment was in the Bunker Hill Cemetery with Saulters Moore Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Carter was a lifelong resident of Jeff Davis County and a member of Carson Baptist Church. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Betty Garner, two grandchildren, four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
