We have since found out our dads name is Dan Moody Radford on his birth certificate. Contributed by: Jeanne R Garner father: Farris Simmons Radford; mother: Lillie Mae Creach; spouses: (1) Lois Mae Smith; (2) Jeannie Graveside services for "Jay" Daniel James Radford, 59, of Fort Worth, will be Thursday, September 18, 1986 at 2:00 p.m. in the Sturdivant Cemetery, Palo Pinto, with Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Radford passed away Sunday, September 14, 1986 at 12:02 p.m. in the All Saints Hospital, Fort Worth. He was born April 9, 1927, the son of Farris F. and Lillie Creech Radford. He lived in Mineral Wells until 1965 when he moved to Fort Worth. He was a mechanic, served in the U.S. Navy in WWII and was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors are his son, David James Radford, Fort Worth; four daughters, Jeanne Garner, Joshua, Janie Patterson, Oklahoma City, Brenda Cooper and Debbie Parker, both of Fort Worth; one sister, Lucy Stanfill, Mineral Wells; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and the mother of the children Lois Inmon, Fort Worth. He was preceded in death by three sons, Hank Radford in 1982, Frank in 1981 and Gary Radford in 1983; and one brother, Edgar Radford. - obituary Mineral Wells - Daniel James "Jay" Radford, 59, of Fort Worth, died Sunday in a Fort Worth hospital. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sturdivant Cemetery in Palo Pinto County. Radford was a mechanic and had lived in Fort Worth since 1965. He formerly lived in Mineral Wells and was a Baptist. Webster and had a daughter.
