Maymee P. Vaughan, 93, passed away Friday, Oct. 12, 2007. Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday in Winscott Road Memorial Chapel, 1001 Winscott Road. Burial: 2 p.m. Monday in Carlton Cemetery, Carlton. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Maymee Vaughan was born April 4, 1914, in Hico. She was employed nine years in the cafeteria at Riverside Middle School, Fort Worth Independent School District. Maymee was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, William Douglas Vaughan. Survivors: Sons, Joe Vaughan and wife, Roma, of Benbrook, Jerry Vaughan and wife, Sherrian, of Fort Worth; daughter, Paula Beauchamp of Fort Worth; sister, Jean Smith of Temple; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
