Bio

Mrs. Ida C. Rubel, 44, of 930 Rex St., died yesterday in Mercy Hospital after a long illness. Born in Wayne County, Tenn., and a resident of Toledo 21 years, Mrs. Rubel was employed as an assembler at Kaiser Jeep Corp., 13 years. She was a member of Local 12, UAW. Surviving are her husband, Lawrence; daughters, Mrs. Norma Snow; father, Cullie Lee; sisters, Mrs. Irene Akins, Mrs. Ina McGee and Mrs. Mary Jo Mulvey, all of Toledo. The body was taken last night to the Barnett Mortuary, Waynesboro, Tenn., where services will be Monday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Waynesboro. Toledo Blade Aug 10, 1963, pg 9
