REID, ARTIE SUSANN DUFFIN On Monday, March 5, 1979, ARTIE SUSANN DUFFIN REID, of Washington, D.C. She was a life time active member and worker in the Mormon Church, beloved wife of J. Allison Reid; loving mother of Mrs. Joan R. Hyde, of Springfield, Va.; devoted grandmother of Neill Dumont III, James Dumont and Artie Dumont; also survived by a brother Eugene B. Duffin of Salt Lake City, Utah. Friends may call at JOSEPH GAWLER'S SONS, 5130 Wisconsin ave. at Harrison st. nw. (parking on premises), after 2 p.m. on Thursday. Services will be held on Friday, March 9, at 12 noon at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 5460 Western Ave. & Kirkside Dr., Chevy Chase, Md. Interment Mt. Comfort Cemetery, Alexandria, Va. Family suggests contributions be made to the Heart Fund.
