Bio

Jerry Louie Hood was retired from L. C. Worley Trucking. Jerry proudly served his country in the United States Army for 10 years, completed his boot camp at Fort Jackson, SC and was stationed in Fort Sill, OK where he was an artillery specialist. Jerry loved to fish, especially at West Point Lake. He loved barrel racing, dogs, but especially loved the mountains. Jerry was preceded in death by his daughter, Tonya Jean Hood; his father, Louie Hood; mother, Lovinia Gill Hood; his siblings, Linda Faye , Ann, Glenda Kirt, Reba Hood, Barbara Lamb and her husband, Dan; nephew, Danny Lamb; niece, Sherry Brooks. His memorial Service was held on 7 Aug 2019 in Fayetteville, GA.
