Bio
Beulah Brack, 92, died Sunday, Aug. 24, 2008, in Farmington. She was born in Lunn County, Texas, on Feb. 14, 1916, one of 11 children born to Walter and Annie Robison. She lived most of her younger life in Lubbock County, Texas. Beulah married Olin Brack on May 26, 1932, in Clovis. They moved to Farmington in 1943. She was a lifelong member of the First United Methodist Church. Beulah loved baking goodies to have with her coffee company. She enjoyed feeding and watching the birds. She was preceded in death by Olin, her husband of 51 years; by son, Larry in 1961; and by her parents, six sisters and three brothers. Beulah is survived by her daughter, Louise Jiles and husband, Chuck, of Farmington; two grandchildren, David Jiles and wife, Lora, of Grand Junction, Colo., and Julie Rivera and husband, Ronnie, of Bloomfield. She also is survived by four great-grandchildren, Noah, Brianna and Megan Jiles of Grand Junction, and Joseph Rivera of Bloomfield; brother-in-law, Roy Brack and wife, Norma, of Farmington; brother-in-law, Kenneth Brack of Houston, Texas; sister, Florene Miller of Oregon; and numerous nieces and nephews. Viewing will be from 6 to 7 p.m., today, Tuesday, Aug. 26, at Brewer, Lee & Larkin Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, at Brewer, Lee & Larkin Funeral Home, with the Rev. Brad Perry officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens, 6917 E. Main St., in Farmington. Pallbearers are David Jiles, Noah Jiles, Ronnie Rivera, Joseph Rivera, Al Harvick and Roy Brack. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Northwest New Mexico Hospice, 608 Reilly Ave., in Farmington.
