Bio
The funeral for Ron Pavel, 60, of Abie will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Abie. He died Thursday, Jan. 11, 2007, at Butler County Health Care Center in David City. Survivors include: his wife, Kathy of Abie; three sons, Mike (and wife, Diane) Pavel of Kearney, Bob (and wife, Nancy) Pavel of York and Dan Pavel of Linwood; his mother, Mayme Pavel of David City; one brother and two sisters. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday with a rosary being said at 7 p.m., at the church. Visitation also will be one hour prior to the service Monday at the church. Burial will be in Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery in Abie with military honors conducted by Rejda Post 273 of the American Legion.
