Wanda Faye Underwood Obituary Wanda Underwood passed away on July 28, 2024 at the age of 92. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, known to her grandchildren as "Nanya". Wanda was the heart and strength of her home and family. She was married to her husband Darrell for 73 years, which were filled with family, travel and most importantly, love. She was the mother to Tammy and Tracey, raising them to be happy, independent and thoughtful adults. She was grandmother to Taryn, Chase and Shay and great grandmother to Stormy and K.D. She shared her love for camping and travel with her family and friends. There were no better times than these adventures spent with her loved ones. Wanda was always known for having the next adventure planned! There was always something to look forward to, whether it be road trips, camping or her absolute favorite, a cruise. All these adventures were just another way for her to enjoy her family time. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Ada Chapman, five sisters and many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by many but remains in our hearts forever.
