Margaret J. Latham (nee Stingle), Age 90, passed away on November 25, 2025. She was born on February 23, 1935 in Grand Chute, WI to the late Arthur and Helen(Stadler) Stingle. Margaret was united in marriage to Gerald (Jerry) Latham on October 24, 1970 at St. Pius Church in Appleton. They shared 54+ years together, lived in Neenah and had a son, Tom. Margaret graduated from Appleton High School in 1953. She then worked at the First National Bank in Appleton, then Marathon Corporation, which later became American Can Co, and then she became the Office Manager at Galloway Company in Neenah. After her son Thomas was born in 1971, she took over the bookwork for Gerald's business, Latham Auto Body in Neenah, until they retired in 1995. She also volunteered at St. Gabriels school and church in Neenah and St. Mary Central High School in Menasha. Margaret loved reading, golfing, bowling, playing cards and spending time at the cottage on Pickerel Lake with family and friends. Margaret is survived by her son Tom (Kaonou), grandchildren Ethan and Aleah, sister-in-law Rosemary Stingle and several nieces and nephews. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, parents, in-laws Howarth and Ruth Latham, brother Kenneth L. Stingle, and brother-in-law Donald Latham. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday December 6, 2025 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church 900 Geiger St., Neenah with Fr. Brian Wideman officiating. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services. An interment ceremony will take place at Appleton Highland Memorial Park Cemetery. Lunch will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be used to support St. Gabriel Church. The family would like to thank the whole team at Copperstone Assisted Living in Neenah for the loving care that they have provided to Margaret since March of 2024. Also, thanks to the team at Moments Hospice Care.
