Obituary of Edward Ezell 15 September 1830 - 22 November 1903 Published in the Observer, Freestone Co., TX Submitted by Brenda Bulin Hammons, April 21, 2009 Mr. Edward Ezell, aged 73, died Sunday, Nov 22, having been taken suddenly sick on Tuesday night with bilious colic. Mr. Ezell leaves a wife, eleven children, forty - nine grandchildren, besides a number of great grandchildren. He moved from Lauderdale County, Ala., to Limestone County, Texas, in 1854 and to Freestone County in 1856, and has resided here ever since. He was an upright citizen of undoubted integrity, honored and respected by all who knew him. His burial at Antioch was attended by a great con course of sorrowing relatives and friends.
