Ouida Hill GILMER - Services for Ouida Fennell Hill, 95, Gilmer, were held 2 p.m. Monday at Croley Funeral Home chapel, Gilmer, with the Rev. Charles Johnson officiating. Burial was in Rosewood Cemetery. Mrs. Hill died on Aug. 10. She was born on April 27, 1907, in Upshur County to the late Walter Livingston and Nora Lee Fennell. She was a homemaker and a member of Harmony United Methodist Church in Rosewood. Survivors include her daughter, Glynn Horton, Rosewood; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffie Hill; four brothers; and two sisters. Pallbearers were Doug Fennell, Louis Fennell, Walter C. Fennell, Sidney Fennell, Jim Tuel and Richard Hymer.
