Nina Ann Park Obituary Obituary published on Legacy.com by Tate Mortuary on Nov. 18, 2025. Nina Ann Winward Park 1940 - 2025 Our beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, Nina Ann Winward Park, 85, passed away peacefully in Mapleton, Utah, on November 14, 2025, living with dementia for several years. She was born July 18, 1940, in Smithfield, Utah, to Nolan J. and Ann Corbett Winward. Nina married Raymond Tracy Park, on March 4, 1972, in Las Vegas, Nevada. They later were sealed together in the Jordan River Utah Temple on May 12, 1984. They chose Rush Valley to raise their family in and were active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her favorite things in life were bowling, crafting, puzzles, playing games, eating out, and most of all, spending time with her children and grandchildren. Nina was known for her beautiful smile, her long hair, her gift of conversation, and her talent for creating a home where her family felt loved. She would give anything for her children, (except her ice cream.) She was a great cook and family meals were always a fun and important part of her family's life. Nina is survived by her three children: Colten (Lisa) Park of Stansbury Park, Utah; Melanie (Richard) Daybell of Birdseye, Utah; and Dawnean (Mark) Allen of Spanish Fork, Utah; and by her grandchildren: Weston, Kiera, Shaylie, Mason, Katelyn, Haylee, Justin, Jentry, Kaden, Tabitha, Brooklyn, Caleb, Abigail, and Matthew. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray, her parents, and all four of her siblings: Darwin Winward, Joan Jones, Nolan Winward, and Jerry Winward. Viewings will be held Wednesday evening, November 19, 2025, 6-8pm at Tate Mortuary, 110 South Main St. Tooele, Utah, as well as Thursday morning, 10-10:45am, November 20 at Rush Valley Ward, 985 N Church St. Rush Valley, Utah. The funeral will be held immediately after at 11am, followed by the interment. Nina will be laid to rest beside her eternal companion in St. John Cemetery, located in Rush Valley. For those unable to attend the service a livestream will be available on Nina's obituary page at tatemortuary.com. Nina will be remembered for her kindness and the deep love she had for her family. Those who knew her were blessed and she will be lovingly missed. Until we meet again.
