Bio
Howard was the son of Francis William Davis and Ada C. (Greenman) Davis. He married Elizabeth Zimpel in 1927 in Childress, Texas; retirAed from the Rock Island Arsenal in 1957. At the time of his death, survivors included his widow; a daughter, Mrs. Anthony Mnne, Costa Mesa, California; two grandsons, and a sister, Mr. Tony Garland, Dixon.
