Bio

William Frank Alleman passed away in Dammeron Valley, surrounded by family, on November 03, 2025. Frank was born on January 15, 1940, to Harry and Lucille Alleman in Springville, Utah. He was preceded in death by his wife Ida Kaye Deschamps Alleman (July 24, 2010). They were married March 21, 1959, in the Los Angeles Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Ann Haws-Alleman; his three children, Randall Frank Alleman, Krisanne Kaye Caciola, and Robert David Alleman. His Stepchildren, Robert Haws, Nathan Haws, Devan Haws, and Cindra Orr; 35 grandchildren and step-grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and his youngest brother, Jay Royce Alleman. Frank was an avid and successful hunter. He truly enjoyed all aspects of "the hunt". Frank was an engineer for the Los Angeles County Fire Department. After an early retirement, he operated a successful painting and water well business. In 1989, Frank retired. He and Kaye moved to Kanab, Utah, where they successfully pursued their dreams of having ranch property and building their own home. Great times and countless meals were had in Johnson Canyon. Frank held many church callings. Among his favorites, were High Priest group leader (8 years), Ward Temple Specialist, and serving in the Branch Presidency for the Kane County Jail. In 2018, it was time to sell the ranch. Frank and his wife Ann then moved to Dammeron Valley, Utah. As in Kanab, Frank and Ann were wonderful hosts and dearly loved. We are saddened by Frank's absence, but we smile when we remember his humor and we will be kinder when we remember his graciousness. The family would like to express their gratitude to the wonderful caregivers, who spent time with Frank in his final weeks of life. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 8th, 2025 at the Kanab Cemetery. Public is invited to a viewing at Mosdell Mortuary from 12:00 Noon to 12:40pm prior to the graveside.
