Bio

Mrs. Althia (Aunt Sister) Calhoun. 83, of Pitkin died Sunday. Services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Gravel Hill Baptist Church with the Revs. B.N Simmons and Alfred Carroll officiating. Buna! was in the Gravel Hill Cemetery. Survivors include one foster son. Edward Elliott of Pitkin, two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Deason and Mrs. Maudie Bass, both of Pitkin, three brothers. G.W Bass of Rosepine, George Bass of Pitkin and Lawrence Bass of Mount Pleasant. Texas, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
