Robert Frazier Of Chetopa Dies Chetopa- - Robert Frazier , 69, retired farmer, died at 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the home of his daughter Mrs. Gladdis Ward, in Chetopa. He was a former city marshal of Columbus and once was sheriff of Cherokee county, He lived for 35 years on a farm in the Fairview district east of here and in Chetopa for the past seven years. Mr. Frazier was born March 14, 1873, in Putman county, W. Va., and married Emma B. Shipley Oct. 10, 1897, in Forsythe, Mo. He was a member of the Masonic lodges. Survivors include a son, George S. Frazier, Redcliff, Colo., two daughters, Mrs. Ward, and Mrs. William R. Dunn, Wichita; three grandchildren, one great grandchild; five brothers, Sila B. Frazier, Jasper, Mo.; Fountain Frazier, Orville, Wash.; Bernard Frazier, Des Moines; Norman Frazier, Stanwood, Wash., and Samuel T. Frazier, Glasco, Mont., and two sisters, Mrs. Barbara Pond, Carthage, and Mrs. Gertrude Schnerringer, Westwood, Cal. The body will be taken by the Fritz chapel of Chetopa to Tuttle, Ok., where funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon, followed by burial in the Fairview cemetery of Tuttle.
