m: Bill Sage 24 Sep 1937 in Caddo Co, OK Quad City Herald - Dec 29, 1983 Mildred Pauline Henderson, 62, Bridgeport, died suddenly Saturday at Brewster Hospital. She was born Mildred Pauline Epperly in August 1, 1921, at Verden, Oklahoma, and married Olaf Henderson December 19, 1942, at Anadarko, Oklahoma. In 1945 they made their home briefly at Nashville, Arkansas, and Porterville, California. In 1955, they came to Bridgeport where Mr. Henderson worked for the US Army Corp of Engineers as an operator at Chief Joseph Dam. After he retired in 1973, they moved to Bakersfield, California for five years then returned to Bridgeport where they lived since. Mrs. Henderson was a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Olaf, at home; four sons, Kenneth Sage, Eatonville, Clarence Henderson, Beverly, Dwight Henderson, Spokane and Noel Henderson, Bridgeport; her mother, May Elizabeth Epperly, Hydro, Oklahoma; four brothers, Clarence, Richard and Donald, all of Hydro and Ronald, Dallas, Texas; three sisters, Wanita Remy, Opal Bayless and Dorothy May Epperly, all of Hydro; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father and one son. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 29, 11:00 from the Bridgeport Methodist Church with Rev. Kevin Dow officiating.
