Iza Dutton, daughter of William Dutton and Martha ( Higginbotham ) Dutton, was born on 6 September 1900 in Alabama. She married Richard Monroe Williams, and they were the parents of three sons, Billie Ralph Williams, Richard Louie Williams and Murray Clarence Williams.
