Luther Forest Clark was born on 28 July 1892, in Hartsville, Steuben, New York, United States to Elias Luther Clark and Eva May Walrath. He married Gladys Maude Gray on 8 December 1920, in O'Neill, Holt, Nebraska, United States. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 1 daughter. He lived in Scott Township, Holt, Nebraska, United States in 1910 and O'Neill, Holt, Nebraska, United States in 1920. He registered for military service in 1919. Luther served in World War 1 with the United States Army. He died in March 1984, in Fredonia, Wilson, Kansas, United States, at the age of 91, and was buried in Coyville Cemetery, Coyville, Wilson, Kansas, United States.
