Lawrence (Larry) Paul Guzinski was born November 4, 1949, in Green County Hospital in Jefferson Iowa. He was the son of LaVern Guzinski and Dorothy Ann Golus. He Married Donna Morgan and had 2 children Travis and Micheal. He Later married Cindy Coe, who had 4 children of her own: Craig, Christopher (Chris), Leslie, and Robert(Bobby). He loved those children as his own. They resided in Stuart. He worked in Redfield at the Okoboji Pallet and Packaging Inc. until he was forced to retire due to health reasons. Larry was a family man; he adored his children and grandchildren. He spoiled his grandchildren like no other. He was always there for every concert, every sporting event. He would never miss any of his grandkids' events. He was a loving and caring man that would give you the shirt off his back and every dollar in his pocket if you'd just ask. The man was never angry and loved to joke. He was a comfort to those who knew him and though he may not have said much, his actions towards others spoke volumes about the man he truly was. Everyone who knew him would tell you he made the best cookies, banana bread and the best Jokes. He enjoyed watching birds from his windows at his many bird feeders. He is loved by many and will be missed by all. Larry passed away January 2, 2024, at 10:39 AM at the age of 74. He is preceded in death by Parents LaVern and Dorothy, Son Micheal Guzinski, and Son Christopher Jensen. Survivors include Children Craig Jensen (Jessi) of Denison, Travis Guzinski (Jodi) of Menlo, Leslie Hibbert(LaMont) Of Perry, Robert Sisk(Sara) of Hubbard. Grandchildren Noah Harlow (Payton) of Omaha, Jayden Jensen(Corey) Of Gowrie, Kristi Guzinski Of Des Moines, and Tristen Hibbert, Zoe June Hibbert, Xavier Hibbert, and Aiden Hibbert, all of Perry along with 4 great grandchildren. He also had many other children who would call him Grandpa or Papa. He loved them all and spoiled them all equally. A celebration of life will be held at New Day Assembly of God, 2313 1st Ave Perry Iowa Jan. 13 @ 11:00 AM with Visitation 10:00 -11:00 A.M. prior to the service.
