Mrs. Erseal Angeline Drawdy, 86-year-old pioneer resident of Lee county, died yesterday at her home between Olga and Buckingham. Mrs. Drawdy had lived through five wars, traveled from her birthplace at Longville, Louisiana, to Texas in an ox cart and then came to Florida the same way, first living in Polk Co. and later moving to Lee Co. Mrs. Drawdy is survived by six children, grandchildren and even great-grandchildren. The surviving sons and daughtres are John L. Drawdy of Fort Myers, Wayne DeLeon Drawdy of Sebring, Mrs. Maggie L. Drawdy of Avon Park, Mrs. Arizona Daniels of Pahokee, Mrs. Mary Johns of Wauchula and Mrs. L. R. Johnson of Belle Glade. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Primitive Baptist Church at Corinth near Wauchula. Lawrence A. Powell is in charge of arrangements.
