Marie was born on May 23, 1925 in Amiens, France to the late Leopold and Marceline (Charbonnier) Thiolay. Marie came to the United States in 1947, and became a citizen in 1952.  She married Harold Richard Granbery in 1960, and the couple moved to Wichita Falls in 1966. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Harold Granbery in 2008. She is survived by sons James Cavasar and wife Debbie of Saginaw, and Craig Granbery and wife Kathy of Wichita Falls; grandchildren Charles, Eric, and Patrick Cavasar, Barbara Trudee, and Jenifer Davis; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren, and one on the way.
